Conveyors and Elevators

Saracen UK Ltd has designed and commissioned complex systems of conveyors and elevators to collect and deliver varied product as required.  Setting an industry standard regarding hygienic design using a variety of belt types.  For the food industry units are constructed wholly of fully welded stainless steel.  The unique pricing structure offers real value for money.  Delivery can be as fast as three days depending on component availability. 

Options include.

Frame types - Stainless steel hygienic fully welded open frame design, Galvanised modular section, Painted mild steel frames.

Belt types – Plastic modular, PU Belting and Chain.

Drive units – Shaft mounted SEW motor gearbox or Joki drum motors.

Electrics – All options from simple wiring drive unit to local isolator to full Plc systems.

All above can be mounted on adjustable feet, lockable castors or suspended from overhead steels.
