Michael has worked as an engineer servicing the food processing industry for over twenty years. He worked for his father, David Woodhouse of Rowlands Woodhouse in Norfolk throughout school and has since worked for a list of premier engineering firms. He is an accomplished project engineer with a natural understanding of factory design and layout. Michael has designed machines to automate product handling and to retain margins in high volume Halal slaughter. Saracen UK Ltd was conceived by Michael to offer a complete service to the highest standards, both in the UK and abroad. |

Mark has over 20 years experience in engineering and the poultry industry, Mark has managed a team of engineers at a local plant dealing with preventative maintenance programs and schedules, spares listings, project management, and installations. At Saracen his role is to offer customers technical support and knowledge of all aspects of engineering within the food industry. |

Dawn has spent her working life entirely in engineering, starting as a draughtsman and progressing through to a Drawing Office Manager, her experience in the engineering industry enables her to discuss customer requirements and to solve technical problems. Her role within Saracen is to ensure the optimum running of the administration of the business, as well as liaising with customers. |
